Waiver Statement:

By signing this document, I acknowledge and agree to voluntarily participate in the Al-Bireh Society Convention 2025, including all on-site and off-site activities (the "Event"). I understand and agree that my participation in the Event is at my own risk and that the Al-Bireh Society Inc., its board members, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates (collectively, the "Organizers") shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or expense that I may incur as a result of my participation in the Event.

Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that certain activities associated with the Event, including but not limited to off-site team-building events such as white-water rafting, zoo visits, sightseeing, and transportation, may involve inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, accidents, or other unforeseeable events. By participating, I assume full responsibility for these risks, whether they are known or unknown.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to my participation in the Event, including any claims brought by third parties.

Medical Treatment:
In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Organizers to arrange for medical treatment as deemed necessary. I agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment and release the Organizers from any liability related to medical care.

Media Release:
I grant permission to the Organizers to use photographs, videos, or other media of me taken during the Event for promotional purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Governing Law:
This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:
By signing below, I certify that I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability. I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions and understand that this document affects my legal rights.
